To ensure that the highlighter's 3.8mm tip does not wear out over time and always lays down a consistent line, the highlighter's tip is surrounded by a polymer to ensure that the nib does not loose its shape over time. In addition, the highlighters are designed to not spread ink when used with a ruler with the polymer doubling as an ink shield. This ensures clean and consistent highlighting every time. The highlighters also stand out for being refillable with Hotaru Coat Charger ink, which minimizes waste and saves you money. Made in Japan.
