4 wings per pack, between 450g – 520g. Low histamine. Arrives frozen.So many ways to use these wings – they have a sweet flavour, and they can be enjoyed roasted, or marinated and grilled. Or poached.Since our chickens use their wings a lot outside (even though they are too heavy to fly), they flap their wings when they get excited and run around to chase insect or go after a chicken who has found some goodie, to steal of it.So these wings are meaty. We keep the wing tips on as they are great crunched when roasted.
