So initially I wasn’t impressed with the OUD scent or the texture. It is sorta greasy, and seemed more like a beard butter than a mustache wax, it melts immediately on the fingers. And smells more like nag champa than OUD (*nag champa may have OUD resin in it) — however I reached out with a little criticism, and before I could read the response… I had a replacement OUD tin at my door, along with another 1oz tin of some stiffer mustache wax called “Skagg”, it smells great (which is important since it sits under your nose all day) and has a matte finish (which I love) it quickly became one of my favorites. Overall great experience. Probably not gonna hold up a big handlebar mustache, but it keeps it out of my mouth and styled.
