We hesitated to get these, imagining that they may be less well made than others since they cost substantially less- but no, they work just as well. The design is quite simple and even elegant. We can’t see any differences at all between these and the more expensive examples.These, and other more expensive versions that we have used, all require you to be aware that one limb must fit into/onto the other limb and thus you need to press the limbs together and keep them aligned with one another – if you don’t keep them aligned, the item doesn’t cut as you expect it to. This issue is easy to avoid since if you’re not aligned you don’t hear the usual faint “click” sound that you get with a proper pass and the limbs are harder to close. Very easy to use.
